Skincare and Gift Shop and Local Floral Delivery/Pickup

In the event that your product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.  Please contact blair@sweetblossomsllc.com.

Sweet Collections Wedding Packages

Refunds can be requested up to 2 weeks prior to Client's event.  If refund is requested 2 weeks prior to the event, a full refund will be given, minus a $50 administrative fee.  Refunds requested within 2 weeks of the event will receive a refund of the delivery fee only. 

All designs will be received and signed for by the client's designated representative, either on site or during pickup.  No claims for returns or refunds shall be made by Client unless Sweet Blossoms is notified DURING pickup/delivery of such claims.  Sweet Blossoms will have the opportunity to correct any problems prior to acceptance of the flowers.  The signature of the Client's representative indicates that designs have been completed in a satisfactory manner and no refunds will be given.
