Local Floral Delivery/Pickup
Due to the fragile nature of flowers, deliveries will NOT be left on the porch; they must be received by a human being! If the recipient is not home during the time of delivery, Sweet Blossoms will use the provided phone number to establish an alternate delivery time.
If the requested delivery time cannot be met due to an unforeseen conflict with Sweet Blossom's calendar, the recipient will be contacted at the time of ordering to establish a different time, or, if necessary, cancel the order.
If the requested delivery time cannot be met due to a circumstance beyond Sweet Blossoms' control, after the order has been filled, the Client will be contacted to establish a different delivery time. No refund will be given.

Rescheduling
Clients wishing to reschedule their event to a later date (that is available on Sweet Blossoms' calendar), may do so, with the total purchase amount being applied to the new date.
*Changes in date that change the season of the event will have an effect on the types of flowers that are available. All efforts will be made to keep the color palette of the event, but changes in flower type should be expected.
Artistic License
By commissioning Sweet Blossoms to design and create floral pieces for this event, Client is entrusting the designers to utilize their design skills and capabilities shown in website galleries and social media. Client entrusts Sweet Blossoms to choose all floral varieties, color schemes and textures that will best showcase the color palette for the event. It is understood that the Client has contracted Sweet Blossoms based on Contractor’s full body of work and understands that the designs that will be created will likely look similar to the rest of Contractor’s body of work, as they have been created by the same artist. By Checking Out, Client allows Sweet Blossoms full Artistic License to create distinctive and unique floral pieces and table-scapes. All designs will be designer's choice. Any questions regarding this should be addressed in the confirmation call following payment. Ultimate discretion for the final project rests with Sweet Blossoms.
Natural Products
Client understands and agrees that the flowers they are purchasing are a perishable product. Flowers are sensitive to prolonged exposure to the elements (heat, wind, cold, etc.) and/or prolonged time outside of water, and Client expressly agrees that Sweet Blossoms will not be responsible for any wilting or damage resulting from environmental conditions or mishandling after delivery/pickup.
Force Majeure
Sweet Blossoms shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstance beyond its control, including, but not limited to labor disputes, fire, floods, pandemics, epidemic, viral outbreak, bacterial outbreak, communicable disease, riots, civil disturbances, weather conditions, control exercised by a government entity, governmental order or regulation, “shelter in place” or “stay at home” order, quarantine, travel advisory, unavoidable casualties, injuries or illnesses, acts of God or a public enemy. Should Clients’ event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise adversely impacted as a result of a force majeure event, the retainer will remain non-refundable. All reasonable efforts will be made to work with Client to produce the contracted event at a later date if necessary, subject to Sweet Blossoms' availability. Additional fees may be incurred and due to Sweet Blossoms as a result of a rescheduled event. We recommend that the Client purchase event insurance to protect themselves from additional fees that may be incurred.
